AES-256 Cloud Vault Encryption
All film masters, photos, and personal metadata are encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS 1.3.

Television sessions expire automatically and are strictly bound to authorized pairing tokens issued to the couple.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information provided directly by wedding studios and couples during onboarding: couple names, celebration dates, creative film credits, media assets (4K videos, audio tracks, still photographs), and contact information used solely for concierge communications and pairing card delivery.
2. How Media Assets Are Processed & Stored
Media files uploaded by partner studios are ingested directly into our private transcode pipeline. Files are encoded into adaptive HLS streams optimized for living room 4K Smart TVs and mobile clients. Original assets are retained in cold storage vaults with multi-region redundancy to ensure zero-loss archival.
3. Guest & Family Access Controls
Couples hold sovereign access control over their wedding stream. They may generate guest PINs or family viewing links and revoke them at any time through our concierge dashboard.
4. Data Retention & Permanent Vault
Unless explicitly requested by the studio or couple for deletion, wedding streams are preserved continuously so couples can revisit their celebration on future anniversaries. To request media export or complete account deletion, email us at support@momentia.in.
