TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Momentia (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our private wedding streaming suites, Smart TV applications, or studio partnership portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Private Streaming Access & Authentication
Each Momentia wedding site is private and password-protected. Credentials and family pairing PIN codes are issued strictly for the couple and their invited friends and family. Unauthorized public re-broadcasting, commercial exploitation, or credential reselling is strictly prohibited.
2. Creative Studio Attribution & Copyright Ownership
Partner studios retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over all uploaded wedding films and photography collections. Momentia provides cloud transcoding, streaming delivery infrastructure, and Smart TV application playback. Studio credits and brand marks remain permanently featured on the client screening portal.
3. Permanent Cloud Vault & Archival Guarantee
Weddings onboarded onto Momentia are preserved in our zero-expiration cloud storage vault. We maintain redundant multi-region backups to ensure couples can revisit their celebration on their televisions for decades to come, subject to fair usage.
4. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Content
Users agree not to upload defamatory, unlawful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any media that violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kochi, Kerala.
